About
Located on a quiet street in the historical centre of Arles, the Hôtel du Cloître is just steps away from the Roman Theatre, Amphitheatre and the main square, “Place de la République”. Thanks to the cool shade of a majestic 100-year-old Paulownia, the entrance of the hotel reminds us of an appealing authentic little Mediterranean village square. The hotel reopened its doors in July 2012 after being entirely renovated and now features an interior design combining sobriety and warm colours, the signature of the designer and architect India Mahdavi. With its 19 rooms, the hotel has an intimate feel with a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. In our lounge, make yourself comfortable and consult our wide collection of books on Arles history, the Camargue, the arts and photography. Our bright spacious rooms and suites are comfortable and supplied with ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, cable flat screen TV, hairdryers and direct landline telephones. Our bathrooms are equipped with either a bath or an Italian shower.
