If you prefer driving, you can rent a car from Chihuahua City and follow Highway 16 towards Creel. Basaseachic is located approximately 90 kilometers southwest of Creel. The road is well-paved, but be prepared for some winding and mountainous terrain.
Another option is to take a bus from Chihuahua City to Creel. From Creel, you can hire a local guide or taxi to take you to Basaseachic. The journey by bus usually takes around 6-7 hours.
