Poor entrance -needs regular cleaning and litter removal -rooms too hot and chaged room to one where air conditioning worked -breakfast area too crowded and needs to be just a singe choice to include…

Fire alarm went off at 01:40 and we evacuated. Room 306 smelled of body odour and cigarette ash. No option to open widow even slightly

Self check in machines donu0027t work properly. Couldnu0027t scan qr code they sent me. Then Internet problems meant several attempts to check in. No staff to be seen 2100hrs on a Friday night.
