Kaabong

Kaabong is a district located in the northeastern region of Uganda. It is situated in the Karamoja sub-region, which is known for its unique cultural heritage and breathtaking landscapes. The district covers an area of approximately 5,455 square kilometers and shares borders with South Sudan to the northeast and Kenya to the east.

The people of Kaabong belong to various ethnic groups, with the majority being the Karimojong. The Karimojong are known for their vibrant culture, which is characterized by colorful traditional attire, music, dance, and rituals.
