If I went again, I might stay a little closer to downtown. It was fine but a longer walk than other hotels. Underground free parking is a great perk although tight spaces with all the cement pillars …

Staff not very friendly, hotel needs an update, air conditioning made room smell smoky.

The room and facilities are good and staff friendly and helpful. Really easy walk to downtown Banff. Getting free Roam passes was a real bonus and we used them to visit a couple of places out of town.
