Oluta

Otula, also known as Oluta, is a municipality located in the southeastern part of the state of Veracruz, Mexico. It is situated within the Tesechoacán River basin. Oluta has an area of about 400 square kilometers and a population of approximately 18,000 people.

Oluta is surrounded by a diverse landscape, including mountains, rivers, and lush vegetation. The region is known for its tropical climate, with average temperatures ranging from 22 to 28 degrees Celsius.

The economy of Oluta primarily relies on agriculture, with crops such as corn, sugarcane, and beans being cultivated in the fertile soils of the municipality. Livestock farming, particularly cattle and poultry, also contributes significantly to the local economy.
